with wonderful sea views. |

The caravan is fully equipped
with everything you need for a comfortable stay including
microwave, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, large flat screen TV
with DVD player, XBOX with Games and also a freeview box etc. Bedding & pillows are replaced
regularly. |

The site is a 10 minute walk from Berwick town centre and
the train station is also within walking distance.
Funworks Centre on the site has a kids club & live
entertainment in the evening. There are heated indoor
and outdoor pools with a decked sun terrace overlooking the
outdoor pool. 18 hole golf course adjacent to the site.
Funworks passes are not included as we didn’t want to
charge people for something they may not use. These
can be purchased from the site.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
A security deposit will also be taken to cover any
breakages. This will be returned at the end of your
stay (assuming there is no damage).
This is our family caravan. We hope our guests will
respect this and also that you enjoy your stay!
