Our caravan is a Prestige Luxury Caravan.

Berwick has a good range of supermarkets, fast food outlets,
pubs and restaurants to suit everyone. There is also a small
soft play just opened up a short drive away that the children
would love.

If you fancy some retail therapy, then you will find Berwick’s
small town only a short (10 min approx) walk away with a variety
of shops on offer. Berwick’s train station is only 5-10 min walk
if you fancy a trip into Newcastle for the day.

Berwick Caravan Park has a good range of on- site facilities
that is sure to please the entire family. There is a indoor &
outdoor swimming pool, play park, trampolines, amusements, small
soft play area, fish and chip shop and a Convenience store.
There is daily live entertainment provided in the Showbar and in
the new mash and barrel lounge. There is also a small beach just
a few minutes away.
Our caravan looks out onto the back of the golf course
and boasts a very modern interior that you
are sure to find relaxing and comfortable.
Furthermore, the caravan has
DOUBLE GLAZING and
GAS CENTRAL
HEATING which makes the van very warm and cosy, especially in
those chilly winter months!!!!

This caravan is our Family Holiday Caravan and we do
hope that all our customers will respect our caravan and our
