Stayed Five nights in one of the parks Prestige Caravans. Caravan was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Entertainment was good, kids enjoyed it and swimming pool nice size and not too busy. Park grounds were very well kept and walks from the caravan park had amazing views.

so we spent last week at Haven Berwick, First impressions were impressive, the outdoor pool and seating area of the brig of tweed, which we ate at twice and was very nice, so we booked into a deluxe caravan, we did have an issue with the fridge which took 2 hours to sort out, I wouldn't mark this review down for this, as it was a lack of communication, the guy at reception done exactly what we asked and reported it, and to his knowledge, it was only after we rang back to query it, was told they've been out, even though they hadn't, nevertheless they eventually came out and sorted it, the actual site is great, near a great beach for exploring and rock pooling, the entertainment was great for our 6 year old, the funstars work so hard and they are really good at what they do, our daughter got on the stage, I hope those pegs didn't hurt too much haha, wrestling was great too, really well put together (can I just add, with so many young children watching this, maybe a message at the start to say these wrestlers are professional and well trained, so therefore don't try this at home, at school or in any play area), I love the way you can pay for photos with the characters, but haven have no problem in you taking your own photos, the onsite mini market again was one of the best, ok some high prices, but if im honest, some moderate prices, and there is a morrisons and aldi just down the road, brian the ranger was excellent and we enjoyed the nature trail and the pot painting, which he changed to our advantage as they received the wrong pots due to an admin error at despatch, we've stayed at greenacres 3 times, and Lakeland, and we may have a new favourite in Berwick haven, we will definitely return
